Wednesday November 6th 6:30-8:30pm – join us for the last Petaluma Cheese Shop cheese class of the year! Spend an evening with the man, the myth, the legend, one of the best cheesemakers there is: Keith Adams! This night is dedicated to Keith and all his wonderful creations: from the soft ripened camembert styles of his Minnesota brand ‘Alemar’ to the English inspired cheeses of his local creamery ‘WM Cofield’ (which happens to produce probably the best cloth-bound cheddar on earth!) Keith will walk you through the history, knowledge, and flavors of all the goodies.
Ticket price includes samples of all cheeses, accompanying treats and salumi, and a glass of wine.
