Thursday May 8th 7pm – our spring class is dedicated to one of Cheese’s best friends: Honey! Buddy’s Farm is an awesome crafter of local honeys, and they will be in attendance this evening to take guests on a guided pairing tasting of their artisanal honeys with a bunch of different cheeses! Of course, our wine will also be involved!
Ticket price includes samples of all the honeys, the paired cheeses, accompanying treats and salumi, and a glass of wine.
