Thursday May 28th 7pm – the very last class ever in our Hotel Petaluma tasting room will be dedicated to the wonderful and ridiculous art of building extravagant charcuterie boards! As the Petaluma Cheese Shop – we’ve made a ton of our to-go boards for all sorts of parties. Now we want to make some with you! We’ll teach you all the folds of salami, salami flowers, how to cut / shape / layer different cheeses – and the whole time we’ll drink wine and nibble on meats and cheeses!
2 glasses of wine and all the charcuterie supplies you need are included in the price, and at the end you’ll have a charcuterie board to take home!
